Service Description
Spend the final days of summer slowing down, relaxing, and recharging as we prepare to welcome the beauty of the fall season. Join us in the barn at Blissful Existence Healing Acres for 75 minutes of Yin and Restorative Yoga, gently guided by Emily and accompanied by a soothing sound bath with Cathy. Yin Yoga offers deep, gentle stretches that encourage the release of tension while supporting flexibility and creating space within the body. Restorative Yoga uses props to fully support your body, allowing you to rest comfortably in each pose and settle into a state of deep relaxation. Throughout the experience, the gentle sounds of the singing bowls will add another layer of calm, inviting you to quiet your mind, soften your body, and simply be present. Take a pause from the busyness of everyday life and give yourself permission to rest, reset, and recharge. Leave feeling relaxed, grounded, and renewed—ready to welcome the new season with greater ease and intention. Cancellation Policy
Blissful Existence Healing Acres – Booking & Cancellation Policy To maintain the quality and integrity of our services, Blissful Existence Healing Acres has established the following booking and cancellation guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these policies. 1. Booking Requirements All appointments must be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance. This ensures adequate time for preparation and resource allocation. 2. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a $10 no-show fee. This fee offsets preparation costs and the lost opportunity to accommodate other clients. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled at no additional charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $10 late cancellation fee. Appointments may be cancelled at any time; however, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the $10 fee. 4. Rationale for Policy This policy is designed to respect the time and commitment of both our clients and our staff. Adequate notice allows us to prepare for your session with care and potentially offer the appointment slot to another client in need. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
