Reiki is a subtle yet powerful energy practice that supports the body, mind, and spirit in coming back into harmony. Through light touch or hands held just above the body, energy is offered where it is most needed—encouraging relaxation, release, and natural healing.
In this space, there is nothing you need to do and nothing to figure out. You are invited to soften, to receive, and to trust in your body’s innate wisdom to restore itself.
Reiki supports emotional clarity, deep rest, and a sense of inner peace—gently guiding you back to your center and reconnecting you with your own capacity for healing and self-love.

Meet Cathy
Cathy Meeker is a highly experienced Reiki practitioner with over 15 years of hands-on healing work. She is a certified Usui Tibetan Reiki Master/Teacher and holds advanced certifications in multiple energy healing modalities, including Chakra Healing, Crystal Reiki, and Sound Healing.
Her approach is intuitive and personalized, combining techniques based on each client’s needs. Cathy’s focus is always on restoring balance, promoting deep relaxation, and supporting overall wellness.

Yoga

These sessions offer a gentle, supportive space to reconnect with yourself—cultivating awareness, presence, and self-trust. As you move and breathe, you are guided to listen inward, honoring your body’s wisdom and your own unique rhythm.
Yoga becomes less about achieving and more about allowing—releasing tension, restoring balance, and creating space for clarity, ease, and authentic connection within.
Whether you are seeking strength, softness, or simply a moment to pause, each practice supports you in feeling more grounded, aligned, and at home within yourself.

Meet Erin Peters
Erin Peters is a passionate yoga instructor dedicated to creating empowering, accessible, and uplifting experiences on and off the mat. With a focus on strength, flow, and mindful movement, Erin blends dynamic sequences with grounding energy to help students reconnect with their bodies and breath.
From energizing power sculpt classes to soulful outdoor sessions, her teaching style is both motivating and inclusive—welcoming all levels. Erin believes yoga is more than a workout; it’s a space to build confidence, community, and inner peace.
Erin is also certified in Yin Yoga, Aerial, Inversion Training, Barre, Power Sculpt, Mat Pilates.

Meet ToniAnn Boudreau
Toni Ann Boudreau is a diverse teacher dedicated to helping students connect to the practice of yoga through movement and mindfulness. She is passionate about integrating strength, mobility and awareness, so that students can maintain their independence through every stage of life. Toni Ann continues her studies in various areas of the practice to increase her ability to support students. She believes it is all about balance, on and off the mat.
